International calls

Is it possible to block all international calls, either incoming or outgoing ?

We have no need to either recieve or make any international calls but we have been getting pestered with the same call message...

'This is BT calling regarding your internet connection.....'

Yes we have a call blocker but does not seem to work on international calls where no number is displayed.

Some of these same calls have been up to 4 times a day.

It's possible to bar outgoing calls to international numbers but I'm afraid you can't bar them from coming in. You can set up Plusnet Call Protect to divert international calls to your junk voicemail however this may not work on all international calls depending on if the caller ID has come through successfully

To do this you'd need to dial 1572 from your landline then press 4 to change your personal options.
