International call package for one month

My boyfriend is away abroad for three weeks is there any way I can get an international call package for a month?

Technically, yes you can get the international call plan for a month. However changes to the call plan would not take effect until your next billing date, so if your billing date is during the three weeks, you might have to have it for two months and depending on when your boyfriend is away, it may not be possible to get the change in place in time.
It may well be easier for you to have a look in to international calling cards as an alternative.

If your boyfriend has access to the internet whilst abroad then why not use Skype http://www.skype.com/en/ to keep in touch, it will be free!
Failing that, it might be worth looking at a free voip account like https://www.localphone.com/services/internet_phone or https://www.sipgate.co.uk/basic/ . Their rates are pretty low to most destinations and you could either call from your computer ( with a headset ) or via wifi with an app on your mobile.

Also depending on what mobile device he has, if there is wifi you contact each other over wifi for free with apps such as whatsapp and Viber which you would have to have those apps as well. If he has an Apple I phone or I pad and you have an apple I phone or I pad you can facetime video or facetime audio call each other over wifi.
