Have just looked at my latest Bill, one call for 29mins was charged at £3-50p how is that possible
i thought we had 30mins or is this us going over our total 300 mins.if this is the case what other accounts can we go on

Yes, it looks like you'd exceeded the 300 included minutes. Anytime International (inc 300 mins) is the only international call package we provide.
