Hello
I have recently demolished, and rebuilt my house
We are looking to move back in in 6 weeks or so.
I spoke with OpenReach, and they advised that I need to get my existing ISP (Plusnet) to reinstate the overhead telephone line to the property.
How do I go about that? Whenever I log into my Plusnet account, I get an error message and the online chat and phone lines dont seem to be working.

Regrettably you'd find it quicker to write to them the old-fashioned way, recorded delivery. They are not answering the phone, or you get cut off after 35min, and the chat system is non-existent.
I'm surprised that it is Plusnet's responsibility to re-instate the overhead telephone line; I'd have thought that was for BT alone, but I may be wrong.
What is the error message you get when trying to access your Plusnet account?
How long has your contract left to run? I'm thinking that by changing provider to one of the bigger ones you may have more luck , although leaving before the end of contract would incur a penalty, but maybe worth paying bearing in mind the service you've had so far.

Openreach, as owner's of the network, will carry out the work required by the end user when they are tasked by Plusnet.
The difficulty of late, of course, is for the end user to contact Plusnet in the first place.

The email address is a 'From' address which does not accept incoming emails - Plusnet do not accept any customer service emails.
CSC?
The link is for raising tickets on a very limited number of issues.
