Increasing mobile minutes

Good morning!  This is my first message.  Live chat is not live and phoning PlusNet gets a message they cannot take calls at the moment.

I have PlusNet unlimited Fibre £20.99 and 100 Mobile Minutes £3.00.  Can anyone tell me please can I increase the mobile minutes?

If you take out the unlimited landline and mobile calls Add On for £9 per month this gives you 2000 mobile minutes.  https://www.plus.net/home-broadband/call-plans/
