It doesnt just affect Anytime Plus, I and a lot of other people are on the Heritage 240, these are incorrectly billed as well

My calls now seem to have gone back to being logged as free, but previous calls still being erroneously charged. Any update?

and mine is not correct since I first report it  28th Nov, only 13 days to my next bill

Be vigilant, my bill is up today and I've been charged for calls on Anytime+ which should have been zero rated. I've just put a ticket in to get the charges refunded.

I am experiencing the same mis-charging problems, which, as of today, have not been rectified. Unlike some other contributors, the listing of my calls has been suspended since 3 December, so that I cannot see whether the incorrect charging is continuing, but I suspect that it is. Moreover, it also looks likely that an incorrect payment will be taken by Direct Debit. I have raised a ticket on this, and itemised the legitimate charges, but the reply only referred to a later refund rather than taking the correct amount now. Given the time it took me to go through my calls and past bills to establish what the current bill should be, I am feeling somewhat dissatisfied that I may have to chase again to get a refund on the knowingly incorrect DD payment taken by PN.

Give them a chance, if after a few days since they report the problem fixed, then raise a ticket I am sure it will be resolved ....

No they in the past charged me for 03 calls, they eventually agreed said they would rectify it - they did - but only 1 month later as a rebate on my bill.  they acknowledge there is a fault now  13 days old.

I am on legacy home phone and chargess are shown on my account.  Tried following up you links Bob but did not find where to put info  also still not updated

Already raised a ticket about this but should have looked on here first  Undecided
Reply to the ticket tells me it's all in hand.
I'd like to add my name to the pile though just to make sure, as I have been billed on Anytime+ on the 2nd of December for 8 calls.
