Incorrect charges now being made on anytime+

After the recent problem with call data updates, my call data has started to update again from the 29th November but ,to my dismay, all the new local calls are being charged at full price !
They should of course all be free on anytime plus. Is anyone else experiencing this rather alarming problem? I have not seen any reference to it elsewhere.

I haven't got any calls charged since the 27th Nov - thanks for the tip - I will keep an eye on it

Hi,  My phone  deal is Anytime +
Just noted my calls are being charged from December 1st, I should only be charged for one number called, all the rest were local, can I assume Plusnet are on the case?

Hello again ,
Plusnet Support have called me in response to my query about the incorrect call charges. They  inform me that PN are now aware of the problem and will be taking steps to rectify the incorrect charging S A P . Full Marks to Support for rapid courteous response.

Just checked and mine are charged too so thank you for bringing this to our attention edgways.
Not too worried though as I know that PN will sort it out as soon as possible now that they are aware of the problem.

I noticed this at 1am on Saturday and raised a ticket.  Support got back to me at 8am with the following response:

"Thanks for getting in touch,
We are currently investigating a problem with home phone billing. Once the problem has been identified and rectified we will be reimbursing for calls that have been incorrectly charged for."

Looks like they're on top of it so hopefully it'll be resolved quickly.

I am not on Anytime plus, I am on the heritage 240 package and the same applies

Looks like PlusNet has a problem.  Mine started charging from 01/12/08.  To be fair things do not go wrong that often.  Embarrassed

Sorry about this. The problem's been published to the portal and you can see it here. Rest assured we'll make sure the charges are not applied to your bill. For those unfortunate enough to have already been billed we'll arrange a refund/discount ASAP.

I am also on Anytime+, it seems only my calls on the 1st were charged for, call on the 2nd and onwards have not been charged.
Do I need to raise a ticket to have PN refund/correct this? My billing date is not till the 19th, so it could be fixed before then.

Have a look here.
You shouldn't need to raise a ticket and you can add your username to the problem if you need to.
