I just got a reminder email for the renewal of my Line Rental Saver which it says is due to expire on 04/09/2018.
However this was only renewed for 12 months in May (a few months in advance of the actual renewal date I think, but I don't have that to hand at the moment).
Had pretty much the same issue for the last two years running around this time, although on the previous occasions there was no reminder and I was just charged for line rental out of the blue.
Please can you look into this and fix it (for this instance and hopefully for the future so I don't have to make this a yearly ritual).
