Hi,
Can someone clarify what call services are included with Home Phone. I don't pay for voicemail, but I got the intermittent dial-tone so I dialled 1571 on the off-chance it was that, and got a message welcoming me to the service. Have I now signed up for a service I'm paying for?
Also, calls I've made are not showing up. I made a couple of calls to 0845 numbers on Tuesday, and they're still not showing today (Friday).

Right, I've had a look and it seems the contract dates are set incorrectly. I've raised this to our development team but it won't get picked up until Monday I'm afraid. Having said that there shouldn't be any issues using the service.
With regard to the voicemail, this was added to the order in error. At present I'm asking one of our provisioning team to remove it, if you'd like it put back on please either let me know or order it via the members centre - either way will work.
