Included Minutes Column on Itemised Bill

What is the purpose of the included minutes column in the "View Details" section my itemised bill?  Is this a hangover from a legacy calls package?
It seems to randomly say "Yes" or "No" against calls, all of which are included in my bundle!
It also doesn't show until you move through to the second page of calls!
