Impossible to get a message or customer service support - awful

My phone was supposed to have the voicemail option on it, and it doesnt and its impossible to get a ticket raised / message to the support team, that option seems to have disappeared and currently on hold for 15 + mins.

 This is madness.

Can someone please call me from the support team?

I can see you've called us today and we've added the voicemail feature for you.

 

I apologise that you're unable to raise a ticket to us; it's something we've withdrawn in favour of webchat I'm afraid.

Hi

 

I don't want to waste my time with webchat as they chat to several at once and its slow.

 

Nor do I enjoy calling being on hold for about 20+ minutes.

 

Please add back your messaging function through the user account.

I am really sorry about the wait times over the phone/via webchat. It's something we're aware of and we're still actively recruiting/training new advisers to bring this down.
