Im Moving To Plusnets Home Phone On The 14th August

just a query,im moving to plusnets home phone on the 14th of august,reason for this is i want my broadband and phone bill with the one supplier plus i can phone plusnet support for free should the need arise,just wondering will i get an e-mail with details like what number do you dial for your free voicemail?is it free to dial 1471?i know im going to be on the free evening and weekends package,thanks
