'Iffy' Line: Test Required

Hi Plusnet Team,

Could you run a test on my line, please?  It's very noisy on occasion to the point where my broadband is affected too.

A fair enough request but it is hard to know when a Plusnet person will pick up a post given their reduced staffing at the moment.

I wondered if the phone troubleshooter picked up anything? Particularly when the line is noisy. https://www.plus.net/my-account/tools/phone-troubleshooter

Indeed...  I thought this would be the easiest place to kick off my request as I've had good experiences of the forum before.  Just if any of the team were looking in.  Typical, though...  It seems fine just at the minute!  I hate intermittent faults. Sad
