I'm sick of your caps on phone calls. Just an excuse to charge me extra when I haven't done to merit an extra charge. "Credit limit!" What a load of [-Censored-]. You guys are able to take the monthly bill amount out of my bank account, so damned well do it. I shouldn't have to call you to get permission or a fracking "top up." You've always had the money, there is absolutely no reason other than greed for you to do this.
