I've never plugged a phone, but I have call charges. Why?

New customer to PN and as my line is only for the use of broadband, apart from BT engineers, there has not been a phone attached to the system. I haven't had a phone plugged in for over 3 years.
No calls ever recorded with my previous supplier all the time I was with them, but have an active service with PN and all of a sudden I have a number of calls billed to my account.
Even stranger, most of the are around the 3pm time where the household is empty.
Now, either the PN billing system is screwed up, I have somebody who sneaks into my house, brings their own phone and call national rate numbers (all the numbers called are inclusive to our mobile contracts anyway) or PN or one of the BT OR engineers has introduced a ghost to my house.
How can this be rectified?

What number/s are being called would be my first question?; available from your account billing details.

They are all 03 numbers. Not the usual speaking clock issue.

I had a new line activated as my line which was due to be transferred was ceased after my original order was cancelled due to capacity issues. This line never worked with DSL.
The 2nd engineer who attended and put things right, advised that my line was connected to 4 other circuits within the cab and completely botched up from the original install.
Let's hope that this gets resolved before the bill is out. These will not be paid for and any additional time and effort I have to put into rectifying PN issues, I will be charging directly to the business and if not paid, will be pursuing claims for time lost, my own personal time taken out of my business to deal with this fiasco.
