Unfortunately this get worse and worse. Now I can view the bill, I see Plunet have put an "Early Termination Charge" when we're not even leaving plusnet!
All we were trying to do was cancel the *free voicemai*l; and plusnet have spawned a whole sequence of problems and incorrect charges.
