We just moved into our new home and had arranged for Plusnet to be up and running when we moved in. Someone mistakenly cancelled (at Plusnet end) and we had hours of waiting on phone to book an engineer to come to house. However, neither our confirmation email or text has a date or time! Today we are trying to contact Plusnet and the phone line is not being answered and Twitter not responding either. What is going on? Is there any way to find out when we have to be in????
