Another problem now, it seems that i'm being told that i have phoned other people at such a time when i haven't, my father said i rang him at 10am this morning when i didn't as there is no call in the history. Plusnet might be saying it;s my actual phone equipment faulty when i only bought them a year ago but it's not just that as faults have appeared on the line regardless of this.
I live in a flat with near 40 year old equipment in the main electrical room and the lines the same age. I just feel like having this line ripped out and a brand new phone cable put in from the main junction box but no doubt i would be charged for this, if that is the case might as well have a new extension phone socket replaced too.
The fault this time is a looping fault. PS stuck on the phone with a 45mins queue wait grrrrr
