It's a setting in the Phone Calls|Call Features section of the Member Centre

That is the default call features tab that allows you to add features. Clicking the Remove call features tab on that page takes you to https://portal.plus.net/plustalk/index.php?page=wlr_remove_call_features where you can remove unwanted features.
