I Can't Access Call Features

I want to remove call barring because I need to unbar some numbers but the call features won't show up & I get a message

You currently have an order in progress to change your call features

Your call feature(s) will be updated the next working day. Please note: If you've requested to modify any call features, you cannot add or remove any further features until this is complete.

However I haven't requested any changes.

This is odd, I've had an email to say that call protect has been removed & now there's a message saying 

An error has occurred
