Our landline hasn't been working for 2 days (since a power cut, maybe coincidental!), but I can't get the phone troubleshooter or the online chat to work. We have a continuous dial tone which won't connect calls when we dial a number so I can't phone the either. Any ideas? This is a problem which happened a few weeks ago and was a fault at he exchange so guessing the same might have happened again. Bit fed up of how difficult it is to report a fault and not having a working phone which we are paying for.....
I'm sorry to hear you're currently experiencing problems with your phone line.
I'm afraid testing your line isn't flagging up any problems, so we'd request you carry out some troubleshooting steps before we proceed with an engineer visit on this.
