How to disable voicemail on landline

Hi, can anyone please advise how to disable the voicemail on our land line, I tried to contact customer service, but in the current situation I can’t get through.

Thanks for your reply, that takes me to my account, you can’t cancel from there, I phoned customer service, they cancelled it for me.
