How to confirm switch to PN phone is successful?
My Home Phone order was scheduled for yesterday (25/01/11), switching from BT. How can I determine this has been completed?
Under 'Phone Calls' in the portal it still says 'Your Home Phone order is currently being processed...' and I have not received confirmation or any other indication it has been successful.
Looks as though it has not switched yet. Is something up?
