How to confirm switch to PN phone is successful?


My Home Phone order was scheduled for yesterday (25/01/11), switching from BT.  How can I determine this has been completed?
Under 'Phone Calls' in the portal it still says 'Your Home Phone order is currently being processed...' and I have not received confirmation or any other indication it has been successful.
Looks as though it has not switched yet.  Is something up?

dial 150  and see what the answer is,  If it say sorry you cant call that number from this phone, you are on Home phone

It did.  Now I wonder when the portal will say the "service is ready to use"?
