How to cancel engineer visit

Hi folks,

I've added a note to my ticket 171383604 to cancel the engineer visit for Tuesday 3rd April, did I do that right or is there somewhere else where I go to press a button?

You’re probably best off ringing or using online chat now as tomorrow is a bank holiday and staffing levels on here may be lower.
