Has anyone else had problems trying to add Line Rental Saver to their account ? I renewed (upgraded) my plusnet contract within the last month of my previous 18 month contract, and was told that I would be able to add Line Rental Saver once my next bill came (ie once my new contract had started). When that bill came, no such option was available and so I rang Customer Services, who were unable to do it either, but told me to try after my next bill came, and in the meantime, they would credit £2.50 (ie the minthly saving) to my account (- they didn't !). My next bill has since come, and when i try to add Line Rental Saver, all it tells me is "You need to have an existing Plusnet phone service to take advantage of Line Rental Saver." Well believe it or not, I do have an existing Plusnet phone service !! I've tried contacting Customer Services, but they are unavailable.
