Does anyone here have experience on how long it actually take for an engineer to fix a line?
We are now 5 days without phone line and broadband (dead line, no dial tone or anything from test socket), plus net just says it will be fixed within 3 days, however we have not seen or heard anyone or been contacted regarding an appointment by engineer at all.
Our ticket was supposed to be answered yesterday, but I have not had any replies on the subject.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Our suppliers advised the fault was fixed yesterday afternoon.
When I've tested the line the phone line is testing fine but the broadband side of things will need a engineer visit to the property.
Can you respond to the text that we've just sent?

Because I just got home, there is still no dial tone, I tried your phone troubleshooter and it still says the same disconnect fault.
So obviously nothing was done at all in the last 5 days

Engineer arrived today at 11am, fault was in the local junction box, apparently cable disconnected, took 30mins to fix, entrance to the house was not required.
Thanks, although I wonder if it would have been fixed so quickly without the escalation?
