How long a wait ?

I reported my phone line as not working at 20:05 yesterday - and am still waiting for an answer - how much longer until it's looked at?

Still waiting - and getting slightly annoyed - my community alarm is dependent on the phone line and I am feeling a tad vulnerable without it.

Sorry about the wait. Faults are normally picked up within 72 hours, however, I'll take a look for you now and see if it can be raised to our suppliers now. I'll provide updates on Ticket: 93081485 as soon as possible.
