How do I report a problem with my phone when my phone does not work?

I have tried to phone to report the problem but my phone keeps cutting out after a minute - so there is no time to get through to customer services. I tried emailing but the automatic reply said to phone. How do I report a problem with my phone when my phone is not working! There must be an email I can send to, or a message system I can use?

Thanks, I have already looked at that - it doesn't cover my problem.

My fault is intermittent - sometimes a call is OK, sometimes it cuts out.

OK - but have you completed it? If you have, check your questions in 'My Account' on the Members centre -it is possible the test has picked up a problem and generated a report. Sometimes, the system doesn't flag these to you.
