How do I block nuisance number using 1572 when number has too many digits?

Just had a call from 011422653131 said they were BT about my broadband, obviously not, but when I try to add to block calls (1572) there are too many digits in the number, is it possible to block?

Sorry please ignore, the nuisance call was not from this number, home phone was playing up, I have now blocked the nuisance call which was 01728941465

You have solved your immediate problem so this may be redundant. But do you have the "unrecognised number" option turned on?
