new to plusnet. I use my phone line to access and control my alarm system but the voicemail feature stops me from using it. I did not ask for it at all. I just want to turn it off but all help files say to use the call features page. This does not work as there is no option there to turn it off. Seems like loads of people have this problem but I have not found the solution. I tried the helpline phone number but the waiting times are over an hour. Not how it's portrayed on the TV ads.
