I can see that you have spoken with our support teams and the issue has since been resolved after connecting the equipment through the test socket. This would suggest it was something internal, such as the wiring or faceplate that was causing the issue.
@SallyN I can see that you have been in contact via other social media platforms and my colleague has raised the issue with our suppliers. I am sorry to read you don't think you are valued, I can assure you that we do appreciate your custom.
