House move - new contract query - eve and weekend calls
I have recently moved and stayed with plusnet for my services. Originally I was on unlimited fibre with line rental + evening and weekend calls. When I contacted plusnet to sort out my house move, I asked if it was any cheaper to get rid of the inclusive eve and weekend calls and was told it didn't cost any extra to have it - so I advise the gentleman that I would keep it. However looking at my account details it states landline only on the phone section.
Could someone please confirm if I do in fact have inclusive calls or not??

Thanks for getting in touch.
When you recontracted recently, we kept your call plan exactly as it was prior to your contact. The reason that your account shows "line only" is because you're on a legacy package where the E+W calls are inclusive in the amount you pay for line rental, rather than being a chargeable optional extra.
My colleague was correct in that keeping E+W calls doesn't cost you any extra and it was not removed when you renewed your broadband contract.
