House Move - fibre and phone installed today

Hey, had my internet and phone line sorted this morning by the engineer.
The internet is fine and I have a dialling tone but when I attempt to call any number, including 1471 it says number not available, any ideas how to resolve this? Also when I call the number is does not ring.

Hi gpavlovic, are you still having problems with this?
I've checked the order and it looks like the phone order didn't actually close off as complete until just over an hour after you made this post, so I think it was probably just a case of the work not being fully completed at the time.
Let us know if it's still not working though so we can raise this as a fault.
