Home telephone control panel updating

I've been waiting for a reply to my ticket since 3 April regarding my voicemail which is "awaiting activation" according to the control panel. I've had voicemail for several months, and it still indicates "awaiting activation". Normally this wouldn't be a major issue, but it means that I can't access any other home telephone services I may wish to add (such as Voicemail Extra).
Can anyone advise how long it takes to "unlock" the home telphone control panel once the service has been activated?

I have had a ticket ( 80029444 ) open from 17th January for voice mail removal.
Its a bug on the website

I've had a look into this and we currently have a Problem open for our Development team to look into issues like these. I have added your accounts to the Problem so that they are looking into as soon as possible. I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.
