Home phone switched to Plus Net - now not registering calls.

Hi,
Having recently upgraded to Plus Nets fibre and home phone package, the phone was switched from BT to Plus Net today.  It's working, but my handset memory suddenly does not register received calls at all, so I cannot see if anyone has called when I've been out. I'm not talking about caller display, I mean the handset's incoming calls register.
How can I rectify this Plus Net?

Yes you are, that's how handsets get the information.  Wink Have you ordered it, I think it's possibly an extra charge service?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Yes ordered it plus call diversion package but not being installed till later in the month.
Didn't realise they were the same thing sorry!

Don't worry.
Caller Line Identity Display (CLID) often comes into effect within hours of requesting.
...though I vaguely recall something to do with the total value of options ordered at one time impacting billing / activation times...
