Home phone not working

Changed back to Plusnet recently.  Phone line was a bit crackly from the start, but is now not working at all.  Huge interference on the line and calls either do not connect, or come back with the message 'the number you are dialling has not been recognised'.  So obviously I can't use it to report the fault, and as we get very poor reception here my mobile is no good either.

Hiya @BenCW, I'm really sorry for the issues that you are having with your phone service and inconvenience this is causing you.

 

It looks like a colleague has since assisted you via Twitter and this raised to our suppliers for you. A fault ticket has been created here where any updates will be added for you.
