Hi, No dial tone on home phone. Can’t call in or out. Internet seems ok but has had a few drop outs over the last week. Tried line check but says it’s inconclusive and to check later. Tried a different phone with same results. Any help please.
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue with your connection. I've tested your line and we've detected a potential fault with the equipment in use. Please can you unplug everything from the master telephone socket and remove the master socket faceplate, then let us know once you've done so, so that we may test the line further?
