I reported no dial tone and you advised their is a fault on my premises.
Having checked nothing visible I have tried to contact you to arrange
an engineer but the only way seems to be by mobile which is poor here
and my battery ran out holding on. Why can we not leave a message online, it is so frustrating!
Fixed! Go to the fix.

An update to this - phoned again on mobile and have received excellent
service and appointment booked! Do not know what went wrong yesterday
but am very grateful today!
