Home phone features change still stuck cant add 1571

hi all,
recently changed to plusnet phone and all was good until trying to add caller display.
i added it and then realised i wanted to add 1571, but it says i need to wait for the caller display order to complete, that was on the 1st of august. i raised a ticket and the last response was on the 4th saying it was a known problem and was being dealt with. a week on, and still nothing
any ideas ?

Really sorry about this, we are investigating the problem but can't give an update as yet I'm afraid. I'll see if I can get that order marked as complete for you, most likely be tomorrow though I'm afraid. Once that's done we'll get the voicemail added (though this should already be on by default unless you actually removed it during the signup process?).

still without 1571, it wasnt added by default, i was in the process of adding it when the problem occured, not a brilliant introduction to plusnet home phone
can my account not be reset, or will that give more problems ie deleting my online plusnet account and re adding it or is that not possible
also is this just a webiste problem as i cant understand why the 1571 feature cannot be added manually

We should be able to add it manually for you.
If you phone the provisioning team they should be able to place an order for you.

no way, i cant have had anything to complain about,
i have just been upgraded to adsl2+ which is working sweet and to be honest apart from Bt having a line fault and sending around a monkey with a screwdriver (plusnet actually sorted it for me in the end) my BB never had a murmur for years after my initial setting up which you sorted for me
it was a sad day when you left, if i can say, without blowing smoke up your **** ,you were / are the best person i have ever dealt with for customer service, support and dedication
wasnt you off to write a book ?

I went off to go and manage a community for a software development company, which I found very boring.
Missed Plusnet so came back

I suspected that there was also an element of management only appreciating how much James actually did to keep customers happy after he'd left.
