Home phone down this afternoon

Our landline stopped working this afternoon which caused some problems as we were trying to ring the hospital and they were trying to ring us. The hospital said it came back as engaged ! Our internet is working fine. Can anyone help please

Will have to get my son to do it when home as i am using a laptop, fingers crossed

You don't have a mobile phone - registered to your account?

Not that i am aware of as the account is in my husbands name

OK, but if you do have one, get it entered on the account.

Thanks have managed to log in to hobby's account, he did have a mobile number registered on it but it was a digit out have sorted now and will get in touch in the morning
