My Home phone control panel page says:

This page is only available to Home Phone customers.
If you've ordered Home Phone, you'll be able to use this page when your line has activated, we'll email you when this happens.
Which is strange as I do have a home phone, and its working fine since switching to Plusnet a month ago - I just want access the phone options!
This issue was already flagged via chat when I tried to turn off 1571 and found I didn't have access - so you did it manually for me and raised a ticket to sort the control panel. That ticket has subsequently been closed. Yet still no control panel, and yet again I'm having to get in touch.
Please sort this out, and let me know when it's fixed and I can access the home phone control panel
