A little mystified as following the move from BT on the 8th July phone line sems to be working, the broadband is working , but on the dashboard the first message is: "An error has occurred - You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress" and on the home phone panel I am not able to verify what I have signed for because a message appears saying: "Your Home Phone order is currently being processed. We will keep you updated by email and tell you once your service is ready to use". Should I be doing something or is it better just to wait.
