Home phone Line

My phone line has stopped receiving calls.

It rings out but there is clicking on the line.

When you try to ring the number it just cuts off.

Broadband is ok 

Don't have twitter and can't get hold of Customer Services.

Help!

Try running through the advice on the Plusnet website https://www.plus.net/help/phone/

If the suggestions for local steps don't offer a solution you will end up running the online troubleshooting at https://www.plus.net/my-account/tools/phone-troubleshooter/ If there is a problem with the line, that should report it to Openreach/Plusnet and create a ticket on your Plusnet account.

Thanks I have run the line check and it has recorded an external fault. I couldn't find a way to report this myself. Cheers
