Hi, just recently joined Plusnet having moved from BT. Having a small problem with Home Phone. My phone line was activated, (at least for Broadband) on 28th September. This was ahead of scheduled time of 29th Sept. Broadband is now settling down, but having ordered Home Phone at same time as Broadband, I am unable to access the Home Phone Control Panel. Message I get is to the effect that the control panel is not available until my line is activated. Is this a known issue please?
