After moving on the 1st of June and arranging for my home phone and broadband to be moved my phone is still not working after nearly 1 week keep calling call centre but no body seems to be doing anything. What a terrible service.
Hi littlepea, I'm very sorry about the delay in response here. I can see from the fault ticket that an engineer has now been out and fixed a fault at the exchange, please can you confirm if the line is working or not? I certainly hope it is, if not we'll refer the fault back and get you an update as soon as possible.
