There isn't one & as you have gathered, the official answer is 'No'.
However, you might find
this post of interest.
Neither Ben Trimble nor Mand are part of the Digital Care team any longer, but Ben transferred to a new role helping out in the Support Centre. If you have an existing Plusnet account of some kind, I would be inclined to raise a ticket & mark it for the attention of Ben Trimble & then post the ticket number in here. Failing that, you could try a PM to Ben.
If you don't have a current Plusnet account, then I don't know whether they would do it anyway.
