Home Phone switched today - Caller ID not working

My Home Phone switched today from Sky but Caller ID is not working although this was ordered. Could someone check it out please?
I'm assuming all has switched over correctly as I received an email to say it was all up and running. Broadband is also working now with the PlusNet router although strangely my Sky router was still working and I could still use it for internet.
Is there a specific phone number that you can phone like 150 on BT? There was a similar number for Sky that always answered with the Sky lady so you knew for sure.

Hopefully one of the digital care team will pick this up.
Occasionally the system gets its knickers in a twist and needs a kick !

I've placed the order for you now just to be sure.
Hopefully this will be on later tonight or the early hours of the morning. Please let us know how you get on.
We don't have a 150 service I'm afraid, but you can ring us free on 0800 432 0200.

Same for me, from BT to Plusnet today and I made it clear on the phone calls when I arranged the change that I wanted all the same services including Caller Display.  So why is it not working?

As above - sometimes it needs a tweak as it doesn't always carry over from the previous provider.
I had exactly the same when I first signed up.

Looking at your account there are no call features requested at the moment so these may have been missed during signup, you can choose the ones you want at https://portal.plus.net/plustalk/index.php?page=wlr_add_call_features

I am adding my reply here as my gripe is the same ... ie Anytime 300 phone package installed and working since 11/11/14 but no sign of Caller ID.  Support believes it to be active but cannot resolve my problem.
If it needs a swift kick to activate it could someone oblige?Huh
