Home Phone call features not working after house move?

Hi there,

I've moved home and had my home phone and broadband transferred and activated at my new address. Phone and broadband went live on the 17th December as requested.

However, my Caller Display and Plusnet Call Protect (1572?) do not work? I have checked my call features through my account online and they are enabled but they are not working for some reason?

Please help!

Sorry to hear this.

It looks like when we placed the order to move your services these features weren't selected.

I've added them manually for you now and they should start working in the next hour or so.

Hi @MatthewWheeler, that appears to be all working now. I really appreciate your prompt response.

Just one last thing - Is my new landline number listed as ex-directory like my previous number was?
