Home Phone added to legacy account?

I asked this on another forum, but obvioulsy better here:
Although this is probably a question for Sales, as an old (in both senses  Smiley ) customer of Plusnet I have a legacy package with which I am very happy (Premier Option1). Can I add home phone to that, or do I have to start over with a new package?
KInd regards

Hi - you can add home phone to any broadband account, legacy or otherwise as long as you're monthly billed Smiley

Re: Home Phone added to legacy account?

I am in the process of adding home phone to my legacy PlusNet broadband your way package.  Just had the phone activate today and I can now get to the home phone control panel to add the features like CLI and Divert that I had with BT.
A catch 22 situation here.  Trying to go to the home phone panel before it was activated and I got a message saying I can't use it till my line is transferred.  Now it does work but new features don't activate until the next day.  So you get a one day gap minimum without your add ons.  Oh well can live without CLI and Divert I guess, back to the old days I may even plug in my old dial phone...  ;).
